What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may place a request within 7 days of delivery date to return the item to us. We will provide you with the return shipping label. However, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost and will deduct the return shipping from your order.
What happens if the items I receive are damaged, defective or incorrect?
We apologise for any issues with your orders and are here to assist. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items normally qualify for a replacement item or refund once reviewed by our customer service.
What do I do if there is a shipping issue with my order? (i.e. lost in transit, no update on tracking, returned to sender?)

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Because all orders are processed after 24 hours, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours from when your order was placed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the cancellation process.
