WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE?
Hot Jiang® can be safely stored at room temperature for 6 months. While it is not required to refrigerate the product, storing in the fridge can help prolong the shelf life.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP AND BE DELIVERED?
We do our best to ship orders quickly so that you can enjoy Hot Jiang® ASAP! All orders both domestic and international will be processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and delivery method chosen. Once your order is processed, domestic orders can take approximately 3-5 business and up to 21 days or more for international orders. Please see estimated delivery times when you checkout for a more specific estimation.
WHO PAYS THE CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We are not responsible for any custom fees and taxes for international orders. Unfortunately, once your order is in transit, we are no longer liable for any cross-country issues and/or duties and taxes from your local customs and government.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
Shipping addresses can only be changed within the first 12 hours from when your order is placed. Please reach out to our customer service with your order number and correct address.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE ITEMS I ORDERED AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot alter or add additional items. Please place a new order or review our cancellation policy.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number to confirm we are processing it. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking so that you can follow your package every step of delivery.
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A SHIPPING ISSUE WITH MY ORDER (I.E. LOST IN TRANSIT, NO UPDATE ON TRACKING, RETURNED TO SENDER?)?

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns for food products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may place a request within 7 days of delivery date for a replacement. Please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT?
We apologize for any issues with your orders and are here to assist. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items normally qualify for a replacement once reviewed by our customer service.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Because all orders are processed after 12 hours, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours from when your order was placed. Please contact email@example.com to begin the cancellation process.
