  • 3/4 cups Hot Jiang® chili oil
  • 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Chinese sesame paste
  • 2 1/2 tsp. dark soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. chicken bouillon paste
  • 1/4 tsp. five-spice powder
  • 12 oz ground meat
  • 1/4 cup shaoxing wine
  • Fresh spinach

Marinate ground meat in shaoxing wine for 15 minutes

Combine ingredients for Dan Dan sauce in a bowl. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil
