Better Than Takeout Dan Dan Noodles
3/4 cups Hot Jiang® chili oil
1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Chinese sesame paste
2 1/2 tsp. dark soy sauce
2 tsp. chicken bouillon paste
1/4 tsp. five-spice powder
12 oz ground meat
1/4 cup shaoxing wine
Marinate ground meat in shaoxing wine for 15 minutes
Combine ingredients for Dan Dan sauce in a bowl. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil
Brown ground meat in a hot pan until crispy and golden
Cook noodles according to package instructions, adding spinach in the last 30 seconds. Drain and divide into serving bowls
