Bang Bang Chicken / Bang Bang Cucumber (Vegan)
1 English cucumber
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp. plain rice vinegar
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. Hot Jiang® chili oil
Slice, smash, and julienne the cucumbers.
Sprinkle salt evenly, toss, and set aside for 25 minutes.
