- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. plain rice vinegar
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Hot Jiang® chili oil
