INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. dry wheat noodles
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 ½ Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Chinese black vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. HOT JIANG® EXTRA SPICY CHILI OIL
- 1 Tbsp. hot water Green onions, for garnish
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
instructions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add in your noodles and allow to cook according to package instructions.
In a large bowl, add the peanut butter, soy sauce, black vinegar, HOT JIANG® EXTRA SPICY CHILI OIL, and hot water. Mix to combine.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain and add them to the sauce and mix until the noodles are coated with the sauce.
Serve and garnish with green onions, toasted sesame seeds and more HOT JIANG® EXTRA SPICY CHILI OIL, if desired.
